Refund Policy
Effective date: April 29, 2026
We want AutoCoHost to be a no-brainer. If it's not working for you, we'll refund you. This policy explains how.
1. The free analyzer
Our listing analyzer is free. There's nothing to refund.
2. Subscription refunds
If you're not satisfied with your AutoCoHost subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. We'll refund the most recent payment in full, no questions asked.
After the 14-day window, refunds are handled case-by-case. Reach out and we'll do our best to make it right — typically by refunding the most recent month if the Service hasn't worked as advertised.
3. Cancellation vs refund
These are different things:
- Cancel — stop future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No refund issued.
- Refund — get your money back for a recent charge. Access ends when the refund is processed.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling alone does not generate a refund — if you also want your most recent payment refunded, request it explicitly.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@autocohost.com from the address on your account.
- Tell us which charge to refund (most recent is fine — we'll find it).
- Optionally, share what didn't work. It helps us fix it.
We process refunds within 5 business days. Funds typically appear in your account 3–10 business days after that, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we'll almost always resolve it faster directly. Repeated chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
6. Payment processor
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Paddle. Paddle's involvement does not change your rights under this policy.
7. Statutory rights
Where applicable consumer law (such as the EU/UK distance-selling rules) gives you additional rights to cancel or receive a refund, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
